Spa Product Return policy:

Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase to receive store credit towards other products. Returns apply to:

Rhonda Allison, Epicuren Discovery, Epionce and Repegage.

 

*All sales are final on everything other then the above items listed

*All sales final on clearance items/discount basket

 

Cancelation Policy:

 

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

*Booking an appointment with us obligates you to these terms. If you are experiencing any symptoms or not feeling well you will not be seen for your appointment. Our Cancelation fee will be implemented regardless of your circumstance for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. This Policy allows us to continue functioning and able to continue to offer our services to you in the future.
 

 

Cancel/Reschedule/Modify:

*24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. 

*24 hours advance notice is required to reschedule or make changes to your appointment.

*If you need to shorten the duration of your service or reduce anything that was scheduled please give 24 hours notice to adjust your appointment in advance or the full amount will be charged for your visit. If you change/Shorten your appointment upon arrival the full cost originally booked will be charged for your visit. 

No-shows:

*Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged 100% of your “missed” appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

 

Late Arrivals:

*If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

 

Spa Day Cancelation/Reschedule/No-show Policies:

 We require  48+ hours  notice to cancel a Spa Day for a full refund. If you are unable to give us 48 hours notice, we keep the deposit fee with no refunds. If you  cancel without 24 hours notice of your scheduled Spa Day we charge 100% of the services booked. We Charge  50% of the service total as a deposit fee to hold your spot upon booking. Thank you!
