Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

**Booking an appointment with us obligates you to these terms. If you are experiencing any symptoms or not feeling well you will not be seen for your appointment. Our Cancelation/rescheduling fee will be implemented regardless of your circumstance for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. This Policy allows us to continue functioning and able to continue to offer our services to you in the future.


Cancel or Reschedule:

**A credit card on file is required for your appointment booking

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling/rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of your appointment. This amount must be paid upon request.

24 hours advance notice is required to modify your appointment. If you need to shorten your appointment 24 hours is required or the full amount will be due even if you forgo some services during your appointment



Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged 100% of your “missed” appointment. This amount must be paid upon request.


Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.


Spa Day Cancelation/Reschedule/No-show Policies:

 We require  48+ hours  notice to cancel a Spa Day for a full refund. Pre payment is required for all spa days. No refunds are offered unless 48+ hours notice is received. Thank you!


Spa Product Return policy:

Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase to receive store credit towards other products. Returns apply to:

Rhonda Allison, Epicuren Discovery, Epionce and Repegage.
